Summary: Under the direction of the Associate Director of the Library, the Systems and Reference Librarian administers to the library's various systems and manages updates to ensure library access to all active CIIS students, faculty, and staff. Under the supervision of the University Librarian, this position also serves as a key member on the Reference Team providing research help through reference services, instruction, and collection development. This person maintains professionalism in all manner of interactions, must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting the diverse community within our university. Work varies, requiring independent judgment within prescribed standards and procedures.
