[Eril-l] counter 4 vendors?

Hi, the data isn't complete, but you can identify at least some of them using the new COUNTER Registry:
 https://registry.projectcounter.org/

Also, a fine point to consider - if a vendor supports COUNTER 4 and claims to support COUNTER 5 but hasn't passed audit yet, do you count that as not 5 yet?
The registry will provide the audit date information, so if it's blank, you know they haven't passed audit yet.

That seems a nit-picky thing, but some vendors are very far from passing audit - there are real substantive problems with their COP5 data - yet present in their admin dashboards etc. their supposed COP5 reports.
