Preferred Qualifications are Demonstrated proficiency in collection assessment and data analysis; Practical experience or coursework in STEM or a related field; Understanding of current, evolving, and innovative models of scholarly communications and collection development; Experience with integrated library systems, especially ExLibris Alma; and Functional knowledge of contract and licensing negotiations
Minimum Qualifications are Master's degree from an ALA-accredited program or international equivalent; Demonstrated interest, aptitude, and knowledge of principles of collection management, including collection assessment and data analysis; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive and productive collaborations with internal colleagues, external stakeholders, and vendors; Demonstrated project management and/or organizational skills; and Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Minimum salary is $55,000.
