[Eril-l] ERM template -- Tracking renewals and annual price increases

Hi everyone!

I'm at a community college library with a very small staff (3 FT, one student worker), and I manage a majority of our e-resource management. I'm not a fan of how my predecessor tracked annual renewals and price increases, and I would like to start working from a more formal template so it's easier to pull data when budget questions come up.

Trouble is, our old records are a bit of a mess and it's overwhelming to look at and know where to start. Does anyone else out there have an Excel template or something else they've found useful to work from?

I should mention that I wanted to use CORAL but couldn't get our IT staff to set it up for me.
