About the Position
The Electronic Resources Specialist shares responsibility for the acquisition, administration, and maintenance of the Libraries’ electronic and continuing resources, as well as the continuity of access and discoverability of the Libraries’ licensed and open access resources. This position is a member of the Acquisitions & Serials Department and reports to the Electronic & Continuing Resources Librarian. Working both independently and collaboratively, this position utilizes technical expertise in the systems used to acquire and provide access to library resources and functional expertise in the information marketplace and e-resource life cycle.

Bachelor’s degree and three years related library experience; OR enrollment in Master’s of Library & Information Science or related program and one year of related progressively responsible library experience; OR any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
