[Eril-l] Library Assessment Tools

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has experience with library assessment tools such as LibQual+?  Are there competing products to LibQual that are specific to academic libraries that you have found useful? We currently use a home-grown survey through Qualtrics but I would be curious to know what others are using, if they're using standardized/vendor provided questions or creating their own, and if they have feedback regarding survey resources such as LibQual.
