[Eril-l] Survey on Library Vendor Service Expectations

We invite you to contribute to a survey on library vendor service expectations<https://rollins.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8nOAf6sTRy3vFMa> which collects the perceptions of both library workers and library vendors and focuses on the expectations of the overall service (not specific product assessment) of vendors providing content and resource management services.


Identities of respondents are confidential. Limited contact information (name and email address) is collected as a validation measure; this information is also confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. Participants receive a copy of their response by email.



This research is planned for publication as a peer-reviewed journal article, with results also to be shared at professional conferences.
