Hi all,

Has anyone already created a “getting started” questionnaire or form for those interested in TDM using library resources? We are working on one that subject liaisons can use to guide conversations with researchers about specific projects and also ensure that important details are not left out in the beginning of the project. If you are already using one and willing to share, I would love to see it.
