Hello Saurabh

Here are a few pointers for you:

  1. Various NISO Recommended Practices -- current standards committees: https://www.niso.org/standards-committees -- N.B. some committees are no longer current but the standards or recommended practices are still current: https://www.niso.org/taxonomy/term/3141.
  2. The E-Resources Management Handbook -- The ERMH is an open access publication on e-resource management (ISBN: 0-9552448-0-3; 13-digit version: 978-0-9552448-0-3). It forms a valuable and comprehensive guide for the entire scholarly information sector. - https://www.uksg.org/publications/ermh - this will migrate to a new platform soon.
  3. An up to date resource -- TERMS - written by the same authors is available here: https://pdxscholar.library.pdx.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1305&context=ulib_fac
