[Eril-l] Database A-Z list policies

Hi all,

We're in the process of migrating from a homegrown A-Z database list to Springshare, and I've been tasked to write a policy detailing which resources are included, which aren't, what metadata we include, etc. I have a rough outline, but as I refine it, I thought I'd see if anyone else has a policy already in place. If so, and you feel comfortable sending them along, I'd love to see them.
