[Eril-l] FactSet license

Hello,

We are trying to negotiate a license agreement with FactSet, but have encountered some obstacles. Do any of you currently subscribe to FactSet? If so, how did you get around the language about negative representation? Any information/advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
