Yes, this is a semi-widespread(?) problem. ELS already replied back to a colleague that they are working as fast as they can to fix whatever the problem is.

Hello,

We seem to have lost access to most (all?) Elsevier sites. This includes ScienceDirect, Scopus and ClinicalKey. With ScienceDirect we are asked for a login when we attempt to view articles/chapters. With Scopus we are asked to check our access.

I have contacted Elsevier but I'm wondering if other institutions are having problems accessing Elsevier sites.
