[Eril-l] EZ Proxy authentication even while in IP range

Hi,

I have a colleague that uses a local hosted EZ-Proxy. She has a problem where when she navigates to a resource that has the proxy prefix and is "on campus" (meaning within the IP range in the config file), she still gets a EZ-Proxy login screen.

She has worked with her IT and OCLC and still can't figure out what is happening. Here are some things we have noticed:

>From the EZ-Proxy admin page (http://ezproxy.yourlib.org/admin), there is an option to "view my IP." That IP address is not within the IP range in the config file AND is not the same IP is she uses whatismyip.com. In fact, it looks like it's within the EZProxy server range.

Anyone have any ideas of what to troubleshoot?

Thanks
Lesli
