[Eril-l] database accessibility

[Heather Crozier]

I'm looking for accessibility as opposed to access. I can see where the mix
up comes from. 😀  Responses have been helpful! I was sent something on a
state list that looks particularly helpful and I'm checking to see if I can
share those here.
