Hi Alice,

Look in the Linking accordion of that collection in Collection Manager. There should be a field there called ProQuest ebook Library ID. If that field is empty, that could be the problem. I believe you should enter there the id for your library, which is found at the end of your Ebook Central URL.

For example, our Ebook Central URL is https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/lib/ursinus-ebooks and that last part (i.e., ursinus-ebooks) is what you would enter in Collection Manager.

Subject: [Eril-l] WMS KB and ProQuest Ebooks

To those of you who use the WMS Knowledgebase AND buy ProQuest Ebooks -
We just started buying PQ ebooks in order to meet demand for titles where there isn't availability on EBSCO. I'm stumped by the lack of an appropriate collection to use for our individual ebook purchases. I see there is a collection called "Ebook Central Perpetual Titles" but the links do not work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
