I don't know when the change occurred, but the subscription is managed by Turpin Distribution.  If you have any problems with your subscription, contact their Customer Service at 1-860-350-0041.

We have been trying to renew our subscription for Teachers College Record (TCR).  Our staff has sent emails to the addresses listed on their website, but no response.  (tcr at subscriptionoffice.com<mailto:tcr at subscriptionoffice.com>, customerservice1 at subscriptionoffice.desk-mail.com<mailto:customerservice1 at subscriptionoffice.desk-mail.com>)

We also called the known phone numbers, but the calls do not go through.

Does anyone have the working contact information we could use?  TIA.
