[Eril-l] Renaming of PsycINFO on EBSCOhost platform

On the APA website, they're still listing the databases using the familiar
syntax of "PsycALL_CAPS_SPECIFIC_PRODUCT":
- PsycINFO
- PsycARTICLES
- PsycTESTS
- PsyTHERAPY
etc.
