[Eril-l] Using Historical NYT XML dataset

We are examining purchasing the XML dataset of the historical New York Times from ProQuest. I'm curious to know if there are any libraries out there that have done this and if they have, how did they make the records accessible to users. Any examples or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
