The Shallow Archive, defined as journal volumes neither included with a current subscription nor included in a title's digital archive, affects 30 Cambridge journals. Customer feedback has shown us that this situation is neither desirable nor sustainable, so we are replacing it.

As of 2021, the 30 journals affected will have their formerly shallow archives included with access via a current subscription. Current subscriptions for these titles will include the current year plus all previous years' content back to the start of the fixed digital archive for each title.

For more information, including the list of affected journals, please see this blog post<https://www.cambridge.org/core/blog/2020/12/14/changing-our-journals-shallow-archive/>.
