[Eril-l] Anyone else having Wiley Journal issues

We are seeing a significant lag with Wiley content this morning regardless of browser, starting point, or whether using the proxy. I have had lag/timeout with opening PDF's, doing a search on the homepage for Wiley Online Library, linking to an article through Summon etc.

Has anyone else been seeing this type of lag this morning?
