The Getty Research Institute is currently accepting applications for this position:
The Getty Research Institute (GRI) Research Library seeks a creative, forward-looking, collaborative, and service-oriented Electronic and Digital Resources Cataloger. The position reports to the Head of Library Technical Services and takes the lead in the workflows that establish and maintain discovery of and access to the library's electronic and digitized resources. The position provides cataloging and bibliographic metadata related to internal and external electronic resources and locally digitized resources. The position also supports, as needed, the cataloging unit in a variety of print resource workflows. As a key member of a cross-unit electronic resources management team, the position communicates with various Library units for managing electronic resources in such functions as acquisitions, cataloging, collection development, and user services. The position also collaborates internally regarding bibliographic metadata related to digitized resources. Review of applications will begin 11 March 2019 and all received before then will have priority.
