[Eril-l] Project Muse PDFs

We cannot see the PDF link for Project Muse (https://muse.jhu.edu/) articles to which we have access.  Has anyone else encountered this issue?

There is supposed to be a grey PDF button displayed on the lower right edge of the screen, but we don't see it in any browsers we've tried (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
