[Eril-l] PsycARTICLES on EBSCO problems with [Untitled] for article metadata

Hi, all, I also reached out to EBSCO support and got a "that's what we get
from APA" answer from them, so I then contacted someone I know at APA, and
got this answer:

APA is aware of the problem, and discussed this with EBSCO yesterday. When
APA provides content that is not an article, we provide tags in the file
name to indicate what type of content it is (e.g., cover, advertisement,
etc.). We requested that EBSCO use these tags to more properly indicate
what these “untitled” records are, so users can tell what type of records
they are at first glance and not be confused by them. EBSCO indicated that
they are open to using these tags, but they did not confirm how quickly
they would implement this change. They would likely expedite their response
if more EBSCO customers report the issue to them.

So I highly recommend that all of you who want this fixed please asap email
support at ebsco.com and tell them so.
You are welcome to reference my own support case# which may get the
complaints joined: EBSCO Support Case #3629325
