[Eril-l] Question re: Bloomberg Law / BNA resources

Hi all,
University of Rhode Island for years has had access to Bloomberg BNA's
Labor and Employment Law Resource Center. First we had 10 named users, then
we got IP authenticated access, which was much better.
Now, upon subscription expiration, all former BNA products are apparently
being rolled onto the Bloomberg Law platform. For the same price as
campus-wide IP-authenticated access with unlimited users, we're now being
told we can have ONLY ONE SPECIFIC COMPUTER IN THE LIBRARY access the
"Labor and Employment Law Resource Center Core Plus" on Bloomberg Law.
Does anyone else have any experience, commentary, or advice on this?
I'm going to have to cancel if this is the case, but how does one terminal
even work (especially if it isn't IP-authenticated)? Our rep tells us that
another Rhode Island school and a law library and Boston have agreed to
this.
Thanks in advance,
Andrée
