[Eril-l] EEBO access problems, old URLs

Colleagues,

This is a question for others who subscribe to or have purchased Early English Books Online and access via http://eebo.chadwyk.com<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Feebo.chadwyk.com&data=02%7C01%7Clarrison%40txstate.edu%7C5f4ff89fed974a410f1308d6140ec0e0%7Cb19c134a14c94d4caf65c420f94c8cbb%7C0%7C0%7C636718450935814468&sdata=GPlXphPrR2tyfO3GKr18YTf80gVuHuWIBPed9AI%2F%2FhU%3D&reserved=0>

We are unable to access most, but not all, images while on campus.  With assistance from our IT we have learned that the reason we are unable to view images from this and other chadwyk.com resources is because the URLs contain a file directory address, and we have security measures in place that prevent us from accessing the content.

At this time, we are not allowed to whitelist sites so we have no resolution.  Are other institutions having the same problem, or are we unique?
