[Eril-l] Can't connect to eadmin.ebscohost.com

EBSCO has a service issue about it - they are working on it - I literally
called 2 min ago so that's the current info.
I just chewed out support for failing to report it on their systems status
page:
https://status.ebsco.com/

and I recommend everyone else do the same so they understand the importance
of keeping the info on that site properly updated.
