[Eril-l] alias for e-resource email address

We have a couple generic email addresses: lib-ordering at xxx.xxx and more
than just one person has access to this file, and so everything relating to
communications about journals, firm orders, and electronic resources is all
in one place. You could also consider having more than one generic email,
and divide things out, but we currently have three and found it is probably
better to just have one.
