We're trying to get a quote from a strangely elusive vendor and wondered if anyone had a current invoice for Morningstar CISDM? All contact information from WRDS, UMass Amherst, and the Center for International Securities and Derivatives Markets have failed, were wrong numbers, or produced postmaster/mailer daemon errors.
