We're in the exact same situation at UNCW. At my previous library we used 360 Counter from Serials Solutions, and then LibInsight from Springshare.

Hi everyone a very healthy and happy 2018!  Need to see how some of you gather usage statistics for databases.  We are looking into Red Link. EBSCO has their usage consolidation tool.  I believe OCLC also has a tool.  For years I've been doing this manually exporting usage stats to an Excel spreadsheet.  More interested in number of searches and downloads.

Any suggestions.  Thank you and have a great year
