[Eril-l] Ebsco openURL not working?

Hello,
We currently aren't able to access any Ebsco databases through our openURL
resolver - I've tried WorldCat Discovery and Sociological Abstracts.

We're getting this message:


*A System Problem has Occurred.*
 Are other institutions experiencing this?
