[Eril-l] Streaming service - has anyone used Hoopla?

Hello,
I don't know much about Hoopla but I find their model kind of intriguing -
it's a pay per use rather than licensing for a certain period of time, if I
understand it correctly.

I feel like it's mainly been marketed towards public libraries so I'm
wondering if any academic schools have had experience with it?

Any information is welcome.
