[Eril-l] RefWorks down?

Hello everyone,

It's Friday afternoon and I was working on downloading some citations. Suddenly (new) RefWorks ground to a halt, as if all my citations and folders had disappeared. Got out of the browser, couldn't log back in. Cleared the cache, still couldn't get back in. (Legacy RefWorks is still working, though.) Anyone else having troubles? I just submitted a case to ProQuest.

The error on Chrome is "This page isn't working refworks.proquest.com took too long to respond. HTTP ERROR 504"

Checked my email and Google for ProQuest maintenance notices but didn't see anything for today/this weekend.
