[Eril-l] ScienceDirect access problems?

Just checking if anyone else out there having access problems with ScienceDirect?  We can access the site, but it is not recognizing our entitlements so we are prompted for purchase.  I also can't get into the Admin Tool even when I changed the password.

I've been on hold for a few minutes on the phone.
