Dear Collective Wisdom -
We are having problems accessing articles from JAMA Network off-campus. We use EZ Proxy software to pass users through to JAMA Network, where we are recognized as legitimate users when we first go in. However, after you perform a search, somehow we are disconnected from the network and it no longer recognizes us and will not allow us to access them. If I create an account, after I do a search I can log in and get to the articles. Is this something new? Is this the way remote access is being handled now for JAMA Network? Or, is there something we need to fix on our end with our proxy server?

If anyone out there has come up against this problem and has successfully resolved it, please contact me offline!
Thank you!
Narda Tafuri
