[Eril-l] Off-campus access to Taylor & Francis ebooks

Hi Shanyun,

Can you actually access them on campus?  We had one instance of this, but it was because the CRC content had not been migrated to the new platform as of yet.  I contacted my rep and it was put up in a day.  But if you do have access on campus I don’t think it can be that.

We have some ebooks from Taylor & Francis and CRC Press. When they migrated to the new platform, we updated our EZ proxy stanza according to OCLC page at https://www.oclc.org/support/services/ezproxy/documentation/db/tandfebooks.en.html and changed the URLs for those ebooks. However, our off campus users cannot access those ebooks since then. They get 404 error at the new T&F platform.

I am wondering whether you are having the same problem.
