[Eril-l] JoVE subscription?

We have used it - content and customer service are good. For our institution (a regional comprehensive) it didn't get enough use to justify the cost so we had to cancel.

Has anyone tried out JoVE Journal or JoVE Science Education yet? What are your feelings on the customer service and content? I'm just not sure that I'll get enough "bang for my buck" with their pricing structure.
