Hi,
I spoke with someone on the phone last week who was semi-helpful after two separate emails that I had send to the academic support email went unanswered for weeks. She confirmed that there is no email address for institutional support and that you have to call every time. She said they are not set up to handle troubleshooting over email?!?! I had to literally spell out article titles of broken/missing content, instead of just sending a screen shot. It was a big waste of time.

This was my last experience with them...
You have to call them. Request a case number and the address to a secret
support website. Without an existing case number, their support site ignores incoming messages.
I wish I was making this up.

And, make sure you have your account number handy, or the name of the person who set up your institutional account. In my experience, it hasn?t been support dedicated to institutional subscriptions, and they seem to deal more with individual users. I had to give them the name of a person who?d been retired for many years to discuss our account with anyone. I also second the recommendation to call, because they?ll probably ignore anything that comes in via email or their hidden web form.

We just cancelled our subscription, but when we had a problem last year, I started with our sales rep. It's not a really practical way to work like that though. I suggest calling too.
