[Eril-l] list of library platforms/services affected by AWS outages

Could we start a thread to accumulate the issues we're seeing with
platforms and services affected by the AWS outage? I've confirmed the
following:


   - ProQuest
   - JSTOR
   - Elsevier ScienceDirect (PDF downloads)

Services:

   - Springshare LibGuides (now running but without some AWS-hosted
   services)

Feel free to add!
