Libguides is supposed to be back up again. Springshare disabled AWS-based services so LibGuides can run.

JSTOR is also down here.  Most of the other major publishers (oxford, cambridge, springer-nature, sage, T&F, and Elsevier) and EBSCO were still working last time I checked.
