[Eril-l] Highwire: Geosciences World

Have any of you managed to meaningfully customize the Highwire platform for
Geosciences World? The admin dashboard is limited and I'd preferr not to do
magic tricks in EZProxy to get what I need - links opening in a new tab;
consistent population of ILL buttons, and similar.
