[Eril-l] PROBLEM - Films On Demand requiring authentication in Canvas

Hello,

I wondered if anyone is having or has had the same problems that my library is having:  providing access to Films on Demand within Canvas.

Up until a few days ago students were able to access any films added to Films on Demand in Canvas. The films were added using the LTI Tool.  Users should not be asked for a username and password since they are already authenticated through Canvas.  We have contacted Films on Demand support but I thought I would ask the group.
