[Eril-l] looking for experiences with KIC book scanners

Sorry if this isn't quite within the usual scope of eril-l, but I didn't
know what other list to use and it's kind of an "electronic resource".

We're considering purchasing a KIC Click Mini book scanner for public use
from DLSG, and am looking for existing customers to share with us
confidentially what your experience has been with maintenance/repair. We've
been badly burned by other vendors of other products in this product
category and no one else in our geographic region has any of the KIC
products, so I'm reaching out more widely to find happy or unhappy customer
stories.

I'd also be happy to be directed to any other lists that might be
appropriate for this question.
