[Eril-l] Video editing tools / downloads

I use Jing to make screen capture videos. They can be narrated. I try to
keep them under 90 seconds.

Hi, everyone,



My library is planning to produce resource-specific instructional videos
which we will host on or website as surrogates for when in-person or live
help is not available.



We've been given a budget of $0 to create the videos.



So, I wonder:



Does anyone know of any reasonably capable video editing tools / downloads
that might be available for free?
