[Eril-l] using springshare for A-Z database list

Each of our database links contains the proxy link in the URL. As Kat said, Springshare allows you to turn it on and off for each link as you need to.

Hello,
My institution is looking into using Springshare's A-Z listing as well.  Courtney, to clarify your answer, are you saying that each of your database links includes EZProxy in the URL?  Or did you use the alternative proxy set up where each of our database links is unproxied?

We are exploring the A-Z databases list from Springshare and are finding it very functional. Our IT team warned us that using ezproxy server will slow the access and operation of the site. We are interested to hear about your experience with this, if any?

We use Libguides A to Z list and have not noticed any delays in using EZProxy on all of the links. We don't run the list through the proxy server, just the database links.
