We invite you to participate in a survey to help determine to what extent libraries are incorporating succession planning in their hiring, recruitment and retention planning and if there is perceived value among librarians in incorporating mentoring in their succession plans. All types of library staff (from director to front line staff) are encouraged to participate.
Responses to this study may contribute to library management literature.
