[Eril-l] Taylor & Francis access problems?

Happy Monday, ERIL-listers,
Are other libraries experiencing problems getting to content on tandfonline.com? Our ILL staff reports they've had problems during the last few hours. I just tried to get to one of their open-access titles and, eventually, was greeted with a "can't-get-there-from-here" error message. I've reported it to T&F, but thought I would find out if other libraries are having similar problems. Respond off-list if you'd like.
