[Eril-l] use stats - COUNTER 3 to COUNTER 4 experience

Hi everyone,

With the change from COUNTER3 to COUNTER4 has anyone experienced lower usage stats for certain vendors? In particular I have noticed our views seem lower now for our Ebsco, Oxford, and Alexander St databases.
Have you had a similar experience, and has any explanation been provided?
