[Eril-l] Hosting PDF e-book files

Hello,
I'm interested in learning what other institutions do when the only format
of an e-book is in PDF form and the publisher allows institutional access.
Do you host it on your servers? How do you restrict access?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
