[Eril-l] Adjuncts and off-campus access

Hi all,
Our institution hires adjuncts one semester at a time - no yearlong contracts. We've run into problems/complaints when an adjunct's off-campus access to resources is cut-off at the end of the semester in which they are teaching if they are not scheduled to teach the following semester, i.e. teaching in Fall, but not in Spring.
How do others deal with this? Do you allow your adjuncts full-year long off-campus access even if they're not teaching? I interpret that as violating our licenses which dictate off-campus access is for "current" faculty, staff, and students only.
I'd really like to hear what others do. If anyone has written policies they can share, that would be a bonus.
Thanks!
Heather.
